Wia/wioa title i adult. This program funds services to economically disadvantaged adults. These services include assessment of the workers needs and current skill sets, provision of funds for training and support services, job placement assistance, and enrollment in case management for ongoing followup and support.
Wia/wioa youth. This program provides support services to youth aged 16-24, who are economically disadvantaged, have dropped out of school or are in danger of dropping out. The elements of this program include counseling, referral to jobs, paying for training and support services, and case management for follow up and support
Wia/wioa title i dislocated worker. This program funds services to individuals who have lost their jobs and are unemployed or under employed. The services are essentially the same as provided in the adult program listed above
