Northeast Employment and Training Organization, Inc. (NETO) was incorporated in 1978 as a 501 (c)3 agency for the purpose of delivering educational and charitable programs to low income Vermonters. Shortly after, the agency was awarded Department of Energy funds to provide Weatherization to low income residents of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. Since that time NETO has flourished and to date has provided Weatherization to over 10,000 households in Orleans, Essex and Caledonia counties of Vermont.
