Portland City United provides playing opportunities for 752 players from u11 to u19 age groups, fields 67 competitive teams, and has 80 players in its youth development program.

The mission and purpose of Westside metros soccer club is promote and teach the game of soccer and manage a competitive youth soccer club pnmanly in the Beaverton and Sherwood Oregon area. The club has approximately 53 teams consisting of youth players raging from age 10 to 18 these teams compete in highly competitive leagues throughout Oregon and Washington the teams also participate in various tournaments throughout the United States the club provides coaches, fields, equipment and other resources to teach, train and support these team and players. The club sponsors two soccer tournaments for competitive teams and players these tournaments take place in June and July every year teams from Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Alaska, Hawaii and other states take part in these tournaments the tournament games are played on vanous fields located in the greater Beaverton Oregon area.

To provide wellness and healing related training and technical assistance to Indian tribes and organizations throughout the nation that is based in native culture. The native wellness institute provided 13 regional and national training sessions in the following areas: healthy relationships training of trainers (2), adults working with native youth (2), native life skills training of trainers, wellness in the workplace, grief and loss, veterans gathering, native storytelling (2), native youth wellness warrior camp, gathering of native Americans and native youth Leadership Academy. Nearly 1,000 people attended these training sessions. Participants pay a registration fee to attend and scholarships are often given to those who cannot pay. The fees range between $295 and $495 with the veterans gathering being free. Nobody is ever turned away for their inability to pay. Training teams are assembled of staff and consultants based on their experience and expertise. In addition, nwi also provided training and technical assistance to 85 different tribes or organizations to provide similar trainings. Nearly 5,000 people were directly served. Tribes and organizations contract with the native wellness institute for a one or up to five day trainings or special projects on a fee for service basis. NW received a $35,000 grant from the nike n7 fund to provide a summer native youth wellness warriors camp. 125-native youth from various tribal communities attended with their adult chaperones. A team of ten adult trainers and staff facilitated the camp and provided workshops and experiences pertaining to leadership, culture, healthy relationships and more. NW received a contract from Multnomah county health department to provide outreach and engagement to the community for a local project to reduce substance affected pregnancies in the native community on a project called the future generations collaborative community workshops and gatherings are provided where community members called elders and natural helpers assist in the work. The outreach and engagement work supports other areas such as policy, evaluation and education.
