Homeownership promotion- offering financial capabilities workshops and coaching referrals to assist community residents to take control of their financial future, improve their financial management habits and improve their readiness to purchase a home or meet other financial goals. Sell quality affordable homes to prepared buyers.
Community building and organizing- building civic engagement and empowerment through developing resident leadership for advocay and programming. Work in collaboration with partners on initiatives in community arts, programming for raising community health and planning and advocacy to improvement the built environment and community programs.
