The Seed Coalition works statewide in Texas to support clean air and clean energy, which has resulted in CPS Energy's commitment to 771 MW of energy efficiency and the development of 400 MW of solar following work in San Antonio.

Program areas at Sustainable Energy and Economic Development

The Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (Seed) Coalition has continued to organize in Texas to support clean air and clean Energy. Work in san antonio spurred cps Energy's commitment to 771 mw of Energy efficiency and Development of 400 mw of solar Energy, which created over 800 jobs. The organization works to protect the health and safety of people in Texas and new mexico from the Environmental and health risks of high-level radioactive waste transport and consolidated storage. We host educational tours and participate in national conferences.
