All Sunset Bay Property owners & families shall have, to the extent reasonable, access to & use of Sunset Bay marina areas, all owners & their guests that use marina areas must abide by all marina club rules & local codes & regulations. The Sunset Bay Mariners Club members shall provide lake access to homeowners & their guests in lake development community. To provide easy access for the members to their boats & watercrafts for use on Norris Lake. To increase members property values as a consequence of having docking privileges at the marins.
