Sleep Centers of America's mission is to conduct sleep research that benefits taxi drivers. They have developed the "kipasa" seat and back support to improve drivers' experience and comfort. One milestone research showed that after one year of use, the "kipasa" product loses elasticity, making driving less comfortable. As a result, drivers will need new "kipasas" every year.
