During FY 2020/21 we sent 132 volunteers on 5 trips to New Orleans where they performed repair work in 5+ homes/projects in the greater New Orleans area. SAA contributed 4,620 man hours of labor helping survivors of Hurricane Katrina return to habitable dwellings; thereby providing social assistance services to families and individuals.
