San Vicente de Paul Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Care services at St. Vincent de Paul include: 24-hour Skilled Nursing services; short-term Rehabilitation services including speech, physical and occupational therapy; clinical and physician services including consulting physicians for dental, ophthalmology, and podiatry; laboratory services; religious services; recreation therapy; radiology services; nutrition services; iv therapy; pain management; hospice; and family and resident councils.in 2023, the facility provided 42,778 days of Skilled Nursing care to over 332 patients.

The Residence operates an assisted living program, which serves a medicaid only population. The assisted living program (alp) at St. Vincent de Paul serves individuals who are medically eligible for Nursing home placement but who can be cared for in a less medically intensive residential setting. Alp residents do not require continual Nursing care. With a capacity of 59 beds, the range of alp services includes personal care, room, board, housekeeping, supervision, home health aides, personal emergency response services, case management, etc.
