Communities is a program that enables Baltimore residents to request a community conference for the purpose of handling neighborhood conflicts. The juvenile justice program provides conferencing services as a form of mediation and conflict resolution for juvenile legal cases. The schools program addresses conflicts involving students that could potentially lead to harm and disruption of the classroom environment.
