The Queen Village Neighbors Association provides community stewardship, advocacy, and services to improve the quality of life for Queen Village residents. Volunteers contribute articles and photos for the community magazine, Queen Village Quarterly Crier, which covers issues impacting residents' quality of life, neighborhood volunteer activities, and board news. QVNA offers community grants to organized volunteer groups and public schools for projects, programs, and activities that support their mission. They also sponsor after-school, extracurricular, and learning enrichment programs.

Program areas at Queen Village Neighbors Association

Removal of litter and leaves from storm drains and street curbs. Removal of graffiti from shared neighborhood spaces throughout the neighborhood.
Providing community grants to organized volunteer groups and public schools for projects, programs, and activities that support qvna's mission of helping improve quality of life for residents. Sponsorship of after- school, extracurricular, and learning enrichment programs for neighborhood children. Contribution for building repairs and maintenance for our police mini-station which are not funded by the city. Development and beautification programs for parks and playgrounds and other shared spaces.
Publication of a community magazine, Queen Village quarterly crier. Articles and photos are contributed by volunteers. Each issue includes content about issues impacting residents' quality of life; activities performed by neighborhood volunteers; board and committee work; qvna's seasonal opportunities for Neighbors to engage in clean and green activities; stories about school and learning enrichment programs; recaps of community meetings with city and state officials; and other local interests. 3,400 copies of the magazine are distributed door-to-door by 90 community volunteers.
