Annual conference - hold an annual conference to address key policies in elevating Primary Care through educational sessions and in-depth discussions on how to make the vision Primary Care should be person-centered, team-based, and community-aligned a reality.
Member services - provide member support through engaging in policy and advocacy efforts to allocate the resources needed for advanced Primary Care and ensure consumer access to such Care; sponsoring affinity groups, policy convenings, and membership-engagement events; and informing members about payment, delivery, and benefit innovations, as well as other evidence, related to advanced Primary Care through webinars, publications, newsletters, and pcc's website
