Providing emergency shelter for 344 clients experiencing homelessness, this includes case management for referral to medical, mental health, life skills training, job training and job procurement services. Providing housing procurement through the omi housing program and the johnson-lee-harnett community action rapid rehousing program. Omi case managers provide housing search assistance, financial budget and saving assistance and landlord/lease assistance for eligible clients. All clients are assessed and qualified clients are enrolled in the jlhca housing assistance program. Primary support from esg and esg cv-1 grant funding. Partially supported from private and corporate donations.
