Northeast Ohio Sustainable Communities Consortium

The major focus of the work was a data analysis, research and public input process called scenario planning. This included fiscal and other data analysis following trend and altnerate future development. This was partnered with a series of public opinion/information gathering sessions, online input solicitation on the scenarios, preferences and goals, and other feedback gathering. Additionally a series of products were developed to support the visioning. These products include a dashboard of indicators to measure success, policy recommendation to carry out the vision, a listing of best practices and toolkit of actions and a complete set of pilots. The regional analysis of impediments to fair housing was issued. A comprehensive analysis of fair housing issues and challenges in the region was performed.
