Program areas at MOCA

Early childhood education - provides children with activities that help them grow mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically. Approximately 703 children served.
Housing services - provides rental assistance to help low income families afford decent, safe, and sanitary rental housing. Approximately 426 households served.
Energy assistance - provides utility assistance to low income individuals to assist them with energy bills, this could be gas, electric, propane, etc. Approximately 3,096 households served.
Community services - Community services programs strive to reduce poverty and empower low-income families to become self-sufficient. Approximately 913 families served. Weatherization services - provides services to help low-income people improve residential energy efficiency. Approximately 95 homes weatherized.
