Housing development:assisted 20 households with gap financing; managed 579 affordable rental units; developed 84 affordable rental units; explored innovative housing project models for 4 communities.older adult services:provided 49,335 meals to older adults & disabled clients; provided services to 602 older adults & caregivers; expanded meals on wheels into 2 new communities.
