Under the "abilityone" program, which was established to execute the javits, wagner, o'day act (jwod), we provide janitorial Services as an extension of the training programs offered by mers/missouri goodwill industries, inc.jwod requires federal agencies purchase specified supplies and Services from nonprofit agencies employing blind or significantly disabled persons. A core criteria for eligibility in this program is that 75% of total direct labor hours must be performed by people who are blind or have significant disabilities.
