Safe kids California (skc): the child abuse prevention center is a past affiliate of safe kids worldwide, a global network of coalitions dedicated to preventing accidental childhood injury - the number one cause of death among Children ages 1 to 19. In january 2016, the child abuse prevention center transitioned the coordination of safe kids California to another entity.
