The Foundation seeks to address the needs of individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum, in the US and abroad, with programs that seek a cure, provide support for affected families, and teach learning and life skills to those with ASD. In 2010 the foundation opened the Els for Autism Computer Learning Center in Johannesburg, South Africa. The Centre provides families with limited resources with children diagnosed on the autism spectrum free access to a highly effective online and learning development program, in conjunction with facilitated support from a trained professional.
