Youthful Impact

Youthful Impact is an entrepreneurial mindset platform focused on building employability skills among disconnected and disengaged youth.Its the nations only culturally responsive and inclusive micro-MBA program for upskilling youth with employability skills. Youth in our programs gain in-demand.skills through our partnership with Google, where they learn tech skills that lead to high-paying jobs. Through Youthful Impacts programmatic services, youth become advocates for what they need and care about. They develop business knowledge and workplace digital skills while expanding their financial literacy. In our first year of operations, the 2022 cohort started off with a new entrepreneurial mindset platform enabling youth to explore passions, careers, and business ideas. We solidified our offerings of virtual and in-person options for youth to access learning materials and content. In the Spring and Summer2022 data, 76.9% of the age group was under 21. And, 23.1% of respondents were over the age of 21. 2022 also established connections and collaborations between 100 youth and 100 Bridgeport businesses. To learn more, visit www.youthfulimpact.org
