Health & fitness: the childbirth preparation course offered by the ywca is a one-day class available to all members of the community, providing childbirth education in a number of areas. Our course is unique because we address all those "other" things that no one wants to tell you. We also make the course very interactive, having you get on the floor and practice different positions, breathing techniques and massage. You will walk away from this class knowing all you need to know to get through your labor and delivery. At the ywca, our goal is to have you and your partner walk away from this course feeling informed and empowered to make the choices you need to make for the safe, healthy delivery of your child.

Avenues: after-school program is specially designed for girls between the ages of 11-14, addressing specific needs and concerns girls are faced with at this age.

Family stability: promote familiy stability such as parenting, co-parenting, aa and anger management. They also provide space and supervision for court-ordered supervised visits so that children can still have contact with their families.
