To preserve the architectural integrity of Leeds theatre. A historic structure built in 1925 that still has the orginal marquee, plaster moulds, and period tile. the historic theatre serves as a culture Center for Arts appreciation and community events.
In 2020, Winchester Council for the Arts started the vanessa rogers scholarship fund. This fund gives high school seniors 500 each to help them pursue a degree in an Arts related field. However, in 2023 Winchester Council for the Arts recorded (3) scholarships.
the venue is used for music concerts, theatrical performances, kids camps, dance performances, educational classes, a rotating gallery and community events.
