The organization affiliates itself with other horse show associations in the mid-south so that exhibitors can garner points towards year-end awards. Wthja also made donations to the equestrian aid foundation in 2020. Additionally, Wthja paid 75% of april 2020 salaries to workers despite the cancellation of april shows.
The organization sponsors a year-end awards banquet to recognize champions and reserve champion and placings through sixth place. Due to the global covid-19 pandemic, there was no awards banquet during 2020.
