Walder education - Walder education is a jewish teachers resource center empowering educators with the tools for success, using innovative curricula from renowned educational institutions around the world. Walder education is dedicated to promoting the highest quality judaic and secular education for all jewish children and schools, regardless of affiliation. The program promotes student success by providing teachers with the best tools and resources to ensure that they can effectively reach each student. Walder education produces a wide variety of educational content, including audio/visual, posters, games, art projects, and religious and secular curriculum.
Walder science Walder science provides educational stem enrichment programs and teacher support through the prism of jewish values. Enrichment programs are targeted primarily toward students at chicago-area jewish day schools and include exhibits, demonstrations, competitions, after-school programs, and opportunities to work in both collaborative and individual settings. The main goal is to pique the participants curiosity and scientific interests by designing engaging projects and allowing students to work at their own pace, encouraging young researchers to arrive at and take ownership of their own discoveries. Teacher support programs provide professional education and resources in order to increase the pool of skilled math and science teachers in jewish parochial high schools
Walder education revenue is generated through the sale of school supplies, at significant discount, to schools, teachers, and other educators, to further the organizations mission to support teacher and student success by providing curricula and other educational resources.
Walder science revenue is generated through after school enrichment program fees paid by families and through agreements with area schools to provide educational services for a fee,to further the organizations mission to promote stem learning opportunities.
