Rappahannock goodwill, Inc and Verdun Adventure Bound, Inc have a joint project known as "the groundwork project": to give at-risk youth the opportunity to build the life and job skills they need to achieve personal growth, leading to sustainable employment and a stronger community for us all.
Boy scouts/girl scouts: allowed scouts to attend camps and use facilities to help accomplish the mission of scouting - understanding the environment to be better able to make a difference.
