Urban Industry Initiative empowers Urban manufacturing to create and retain manufacturing jobs in Philadelphia neighborhoods. It implements a comprehensive strategy that establishes strong relationships between manufacturers and their communities, with the aim of reinvesting in Philadelphia's neighborhoods. Uii constantly explores new and innovative methods of retaining Urban manufacturing companies from leaving.
