Lower dyer neighborhood revitalization (nrsa) hud program is to provide services which include meals for homebound seniors and persons with disabilities, food distribution to families in need, organized youth sports activities, youth safety and leadership programs, ged attainment instruction, domestic violence prevention, and neighborhood-wide outreach and special events.
