Program areas at Theta Xi Fraternity
Chapter services include: leadership consultant, executive staff, and volunteer alumni officer visits to undergraduate campus chapters to overview operations, provide verbal and written advice and counsel to improve individual leadership skills and overall chapter performance. Variety of guides and educational programs for personal development, academic achievement and to improve chapter operations. Guides for volunteer alumni who serve as advisors and mentors to undergraduate members are also provided.
National convention includes: exercises in self-governance, educational and leadership skills workshops, recognition of academic and operations accomplishments, sharing of best-practices and ritual exemplification.
Insurance program includes: liability insurance: undergraduate risk management education that addresses alcohol use, illegal drugs, sexual abuse and hazing; undergraduate and alumni risk management workshops; articles; and incident investigations.
