The Teachers Lounge develops and implements innovative solutions with the mission to recruit, revitalize, and retain educators of color while building a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning and professional environment for all stakeholders. In fiscal year 2022, the organization increased its membership to over 2,000 educators of color and introduced a cloc fellowship for early career educators of color. The coaching lab was also launched as a new monthly event series to address relevant issues.
