The Educator Collective

Tec provides a first-of-its-kind professional community for teachers and school leaders. Through evidence based, year-round programming, tec connects, equips, and empowers educators to excel in their careers. Since The organizations inception, tec has built a network of 2000+ dallas area educators representing hundreds of distrits, charters and private schools. Program evaluations have consistently shown that The educators tec serves are much more likely to sustain their careers and credit tecs programming with fueling their retention. As a result, tec is elevating The status of The profession and keeping great teachers where they are most needed: in The classroom.

Tec also partners with schools, distrits, and other Educator organizations to provide holistic wellbeing programming for educators. This innovative professional development series equips educators with The tools needed to thrive in their roles, combatting The stress and burnout that most commonly leads to Educator attrition. For The school year 2023-2024, 91% of teachers were retained. Of these teachers: 67% were teachers of color. 86% credit our programs with increasing The retention. 98% rated our programs with a positive rating; and 94% of teachers felt The programs improved their wellbeign.
