SOAR's free mail-order harm reduction service ships harm reduction supplies directly to people who use drugs and community organizations who serve them. Anyone in Ohio is eligible to receive supplies quickly and discreetly.
SOAR's text alert system sends overdose surge and deadly batch alrest to people who use drugs, paramedics, and loved ones. The system receives overdose data from health departments and coroners' offices throughout Ohio, as well an anonymous crowdsourced reports of bad batches to send to the public.
