Red Tent provides a trauma informed program incorporating therapeutic conversation, training on connecting with others, working with the hands, and mindfulness techniques. This evidence based program supports women in resolving unresolved trauma and improving their lives. It is the only program in the jail to help challenged women to change their thinking and make a difference in their lives. Red Tent Womens Initiative Celebrated 10 years of serving Women in the Pinellas County Jail in 2022. Since our beginning we have served over 1,000 women.
