Maven Project - Maven Project addresses the social, racial, and economic inequities in healthcare by connecting frontline safety net clinic providers with expert specialty physician volunteers for medical advice, mentorship, and education, giving patients rapid access to high-quality, specialty care locally. Our physician volunteers forge long-term relationships so that providers know they have ready access to specialty expertise. Maven Project experienced steady growth in 2022 with a 36% increase in the number of clinic partner sites over 2021. As a result, we set new utilization records across every service line. Our expert physician volunteers provided 8,316 medical consults to frontline providers at partner clinics around the u.s. a 70% increase over 2021. Additionally, volunteers provided 996 hours of mentoring (compared to 534 in 2021) and hosted more than 4,547 attendees for medical education webinars on a variety of hot topics (compared to 4,459 in 2021). We ended the calendar year with 298 clinic site partners utilizing our services.
