Marin Aging and Disability Institute (MADI), based in San Rafael CA, was founded in June 2018 as a nonprofit limited liability company. The Institute was formed for the purpose of holding title to the commercial property at 70 Skyview Terrace in San Rafael, California. MADI is responsible for managing, operating, and leasing the property in order to principally house public agencies, community focused organizations, and nonprofit organizations that provide services for the public benefit and those in need, including, but not limited to, aging, disability, health, education, housing, and human services. MADI also complements the programs and activities of nonprofit, tax-exempt, charitable organizations in a manner that provides stable, affordable, safe and comfortable office space and program space,
and encourages the development and operation of a full range of cost effective and operationally efficient services on one campus. In addition, MADI promotes further development of quality nonprofit workspace through educational programs and information resources
