In service of its mission to improve the improvement of education, The Inverness Institute worked with three educational improvement groups in 2022.1. Ten Strands is an organization committed to environmental literacy for all K-12 students in California. Their mission is to build partnerships amoung environmental educators, communities and schools to promote environmental learning. The Inverness Institute partners with Ten Strands for the purpose of strengthening their work by refining their theory of opportunities and engineering effective strategies.2)The Teacher Consultant Response Network (TCRN)is a network created by The Inverness Institute and sponsored by the Stuart Foundation. Its purpose is to gather information from 150 of the Californias leading teachers documenting their experiences during the pandemic. Results and comments are shared on EdSource - a non profit newsletter that publishes daily stories on the state of California education. 3) In 2022, The Inverness Institute began with the National Writing Project to support its work. The National Writing Project is a non profit organization dedicated to the improvement of teaching or writing across the nation. It is a network organization supporting 200 local writing project sites in every state.Inverness is contracted to help the organization with the management of its subcontracts and with organizational future planning and design.
