Grants to Home Depot employees to provide financial assistance to those who have suffered as a result of a catastrophic illness or accident or who are victims of a natural disaster. In 2022, The Homer Fund provided 12,376 grants to Home Depot employees.
Provides scholarships to Home Depot associates' children based on financial need, academic performance, community involvement and leadership. In 2022, THDF provided 1,000 scholarships to Home Depot employees' children.
Grants to nonprofits that are addressing housing affordability issues for U.S. veterans. Grants to partner organizations to deliver immediate aid and long-term rebuilding support to U.S. communities impacted by natural disasters. Grants to nonprofits providing introductions and training in the skilled trades to U.S. veterans and their families, as well as young people in underserved communities.
