Meaning, The sport of hockey is not considered by many young people because of The over-organization and emphasis on ultra competitive play - especially for inner-city youth. The Herb Brooks Foundation wants to let kids living in The twin cities reap The wonderful benefits of playing in a very friendly environment that focuses on The positive development of The youth.
