Program areas at The Haven
Through The Haven's emergency shelter program, 68 homeless individuals including 34 families were assisted with emergency shelter, intensive case management, and support to transition into a permanent, stable living environment. The Haven's homelessness prevention program assisted 322 at risk individuals including 125 families with financial assistance, intensive case management, and stabilization services to keep them in their home to prevent an occurence of homelessness. Lastly, The Haven's street outreach program assisted 60 homeless individuals with intensive case management, supplies, food, resources, and encouragement to transition them from The streets of The community to a safe, stable living environment. The outreach program also provided over 1000 meals & ppe supplies to The homeless on The streets during covid.
