The corporation's purposes are to provide support for education and for students, provide a location for conducting public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures, workshops, and provide broad, encompassing classes for self-development and for The benefit of The community at a venue which will have an impact on The public's general welfare by support of students and instructors. The corporation will both in terms of its physical manifestation as a provider of a building as well as its mission as a provider of public outreach supporting community educational activities, student support, and assisting learning as an organization.
