Teras Intervention and Counseling

Teras Intervention and Counseling is a grassroots nonprofit agency whose primary aim is to provide the most accessible, affordable, quality treatment services to all people in the portland and surrounding areas.throughout the program safety for adults and children who have been abused or at risk of being abused is our highest concern. We manifest this in our trauma informed compassionate treatment services for people who are struggling with addictions. Our secondary program approaches people who have used abuse in relationships with compassion and non punitive accountability. Our primary source of income is the substance use disorder outpatient treatment services program. During 2023 we reached over 150 people through our outpatient treatment Counseling services.
