To facilitate diabetic education, access to diabetic devices and health access to all diabetic patients regardless of ability to pay. To provide orthotic devices to diabetic patients to prevent catastrophic injury to lower extemities and improve quality of life. The organization praticipates in the annual ada expo where it distributes diabetic insoles, therapeutic compression socks and educational information. It provided assistance to 8,000 diabetics.

Program areas at Standing for Diabetes

The organization participates in the ada expo program to raise awareness of the diabetic insoles, distribute educational information and provide insoles and therapeutic compression socks to diabetics. The expo is holsted annually in july. The organization serviced 8,000 diabetics.
Funds were provided to a non profit healthcare organization in southeast asia for the specific treatment, eduation and prevention of Diabetes. The organization also partnered with huntington orthopedic outreach program, an international healthcare organization acitive in the fiji islands addressing orthopedic needs and diseases of the joints. Diabetic education information was provided to this organization to provide to diabetic patients.
