South High School Football Boosters

This organization raises funds for the South High School Football program. It is organized and operated to supprt the teaching of thefundamentals of football to South High School student athletes. Its sole purpose is to raise funds in support of the program so that coaches mayconduct daily practices, the team can participate in regularly scheduled games and tournaments, and hold meetings to review films of previousgames and discuss strategies. The activites of the South High Football Boosters, Inc. are as follows: 1) Bi-monthly board meetings are held toreview and discuss fundraising programs and activities, budgeting, booster club recruiting, and teambuilding activities (aside from regularpractices and games). This activity furthurs the organizations exempt purpose as it supports the sole purpose of the organization as statedabove. The board meets bi-monthly throughout the year.
