Program areas at Shirlington Employment and Education Center

During fiscal year 2024 SEEC staff placed its clients into 689 jobs and resolved 12 cases of wage theft.
During fiscal year 2024 SEEC prevented 45 evictions; distributed 2,200 free brown bag meals; and completed 333 client referrals to partner local organizations for medical care and food assistance.
During fiscal year 2024 SEEC enabled 60 clients to complete the Virginia Education classes necessary to pass the written Driver exam. Fifty-five clients completed basic computer literacy courses and sixty-four completed the Latinx in Business Training.
