Shared Horizons, Inc. was created to manage the wesley vinner memorial trust in accordance with the obra '93, which provides an opportunity for impoverished individuals with disabilities to use their assets to enhance their quality of life without jeopardizing their public benefits. The trust provides fiduciary services to impoverished individuals with disabilities for the purpose of enhancing their quality of life by facilitating disbursements in accordance with social security and medicaid programs and rules. The trust served more than 700 beneficiaries during the year.
