The thinking ahead college preparatory program (tacpp) provides college bound juniors and seniors with the college application process through workshops, seminars and field trips. Tacpp prepares students in the area of professional and career development, civic involvement, and financial literacy. Sub-programs are (1) operatin reach one: collaboration with both domestic and international organizations in an effort to improve the lives of families in haiti. (2) fiscally fit workshops: making dollars with $ents provides financially literacy workshops on various topics such as credit mgmt, cash flow mgmt, and savings mechanisms. (3) fiscally fit tv: using financial literacy to empower our community: brings financial literacy tv segments to the miami area. (4) teens training for a better future workshop participants recieve direction in career development.
