Program areas at Rural Health Initiative

To provide regular visits to farm families in shawano, marathon, waupaca and outagmie counties. With each visit, Health risk assessments are performed, including numerous blood pressure and cholesterol screenings which can lead to many referrals to Health and social services. In addition to this, education is provided to those farm families in need.
