Religions for Peace USA

The Religions for Peace USA Our Muslim Neighbor (OMN) Initiative engages in activities to build face-to-fact relationships and trust among people of different cultures and religions, with and emphasis on overcoming fear and misunderstanding of Islam and Muslims. There is a primary focus on table hospitality where people meet in small groups to get to know each other, to ask questions and to identity ways to work together for the common good of all in their communities. OMN uses a collective impact model methodology that utilizes a long-term and community-wide perspective that brings people together in conversations large and small to lower fear and anxiety and to build up genuine goodwill and relationships of peace.

RFP-USA holds meetings where people from different religions discuss and implement ways to work for constructive social development, justice, reconciliation and peace.
