Hammond-henry Hospital Regional Health Partners is a family practice group consisting of physicians and nurse practitioners providing care in several counties with clinics located in kewanee and Wyoming, Illinois. The clinics offer a wide range of family practice services including but not limited to: acute and chronic care management, minor procedures such as excisions, vasectomy, iud implant, fracture care, etc. Hammond-henry Regional Health Partners routinely perform nursing home and hospial visits at the Hospital. The family practice group also provide care and assistance with tobacco cessation, family planning, weight management, and wellness visits. In addition to family practice, the Wyoming clinic offers aesthetic services. Hammond-henry Regional Health Partners participate in the vaccine for children program through the Illinois department of pubic Health striving to keep outh up to date on vaccines. Hammond-henry Regional Health Partners offers a wide variety of immunizations to patients not eligible for the vaccine for children program such as pneumonia, influenza, chickenpox, gardasil, meningitis, and tetanus to name a few. Hammond-henry Regional Health Partners also has bilingual staff to assist in caring for our multi-cultural community. Our goal is to provide every patient with prompt, quality care.
