Rebuilding Broken Places CDC is committed to developing economically distressed urban and rural communities in Wayne County. Its mission is to raise economic and social levels of low-income citizens by providing long-term quality of life improvements. One way they achieve this is through their RBP Christian Academy & Childcare Center, which offers early childhood education and training for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Children are provided with both educational and physical activities during the day, as well as three nutritious meals.

Program areas at Rebuilding Broken Places CDC

RBP Christian Academy & Childcare Center provides early childhood education and training to children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. Children are provided both educational and physical activities during the day. Students also receive three nutritious meals a day, Greenleaf Community Garden and Kitchen provides gardening opportunities for families in the community. They are provided a raise bed to grow a variety of vegetables for themselves. Its our way of bringing fresh vegetables to the community. A job training program is provided as well as computer classes.
