Randolph County Spca improves the lives and welfare of animals and people in Randolph Co through education, spay/neuter services, and trap-neuter-return (TNR). The TNR program involves volunteers feeding feral cats, trapping, spaying/neutering, then returning them back to their area. Thousands of cats have been altered. Additionally, they offer low cost spay/neuter options to address overpopulation in dogs and cats which leads to euthanasia. Furthermore, RCSPCA creates volunteer opportunities for citizens and supports pet affordability.
